Experience

The NBOG best practice guide assesses experience alongside education and knowledge when notified bodies qualify staff for a function. Relevant work experience is what links formal education to the actual assessment tasks.

Experience: skills usually acquired in a working environment that are related to the specific tasks and responsibilities exerted by the person.
