PSUR reference number

MDCG 2022-21 asks for one reference number per PSUR across all its updates, with a separate version number for each update. Keeping the two apart makes it possible to trace every update back to the same report.

PSUR reference number: The PSUR reference number is the unique identifier that the manufacturer must assign to a PSUR. It should remain the same during the whole PSUR lifetime.
