Readily available
The term sets a practical test: information counts as readily available when it can be found through the public sources researchers normally use, not when it is held privately or is hard to reach. It matters when an application relies on, or has to account for, published information.
Readily available means available in the public domain through commonly used public resources for conducting biomedical, regulatory, and medical product research.
