Reasonable probability

This sets a clear threshold: a reasonable probability is more than an even chance, not a remote or theoretical possibility. The same phrase appears in FDA's recall classification and risk to health definitions, where it marks the most serious situations.

Reasonable probability means that it is more likely than not that an event will occur.
