Use-error due to ergonomic features
The MDR names these explicitly in its definition of an incident, so they fall within vigilance reporting. The link to the device's design is what brings a use error into this category.
‘Use-error due to ergonomic features’ can be described as use errors caused by the design and physical configuration of the device, including the features with which the intended user interacts. The ergonomic features of the device include components such as measurement and monitoring features, display scales, alarms, software menus, and any other factors related to the user interface.
