Yearly quality training for your whole team
Quality Year is a yearly subscription of short interactive trainings for every employee of a medical device company. Each employee gets the trainings that fit their role through a personal link, answers a few questions at the end of each one, and receives a certificate once the year's trainings are done. You get one table with every employee's training record for the year, ready to show in an audit.
Four steps, once a year
You order the subscription for the number of employees you need. Right after the payment, the team page opens for you.
On the team page you enter each employee's name, email, role and language, one by one or as a pasted list. Every role comes with its own set of trainings, and you can add or remove trainings for each person.
Each employee receives an email with a personal link. A training takes between 10 and 35 minutes, runs on a phone or a computer, and ends with a few questions.
When an employee passes all their trainings, a certificate with a verification link is issued. The yearly table, with dates and scores for every employee, can be downloaded as a PDF or an Excel file.
The questions at the end of each training are part of the evidence of training effectiveness that ISO 13485:2016 clause 6.2 asks for.

Every training is available in more than one language. You choose the language for each employee, and you can change it later.
If you renew before the year ends, the new training year starts the day after, and your employees keep their access. Without a renewal the access closes, and the records and certificates stay on the team page.
No. The trainings teach the principles that every medical device company shares. Training on your own procedures and work instructions stays with your company, and the trainings point to it where the details are yours.
You, as the manager of the subscription, see each employee's progress, dates and scores. Each employee sees their own trainings and certificate.
The certificate is a certificate of completion from qualityworks., with a verification link. It is evidence of training for your records, and it is not an accredited qualification.
