qualityworks. provides quality and regulatory services for medical device companies and operates a website for these services, a professional content blog (qualitypulse), and related digital tools (such as play.). The content presented is general, professional information and is not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific product, process, or company.

2. No Binding Advice

Content on the website and blog — including articles, tools, downloads, Learning Quality, play., and the AI agents — is written for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute binding regulatory, legal, or professional advice and is not a substitute for an individual consulting engagement. Do not rely on this content for actual regulatory decisions without verification with Sharon Resnick or another qualified professional, and without reviewing the applicable law and current authority guidance, which may change.

All content on the website and blog - text, articles, diagrams, tools, and design - is the property of Sharon Resnick / qualityworks., unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or make commercial use of this content without prior written permission, except for sharing a direct link to an article with proper credit.

4. Newsletter Subscription

Subscribing to the qualitypulse newsletter is voluntary and free of charge. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. We commit not to send spam and not to sell your email address.

5. Downloads and Free Materials

Materials available for download from the blog are intended for personal and professional use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or transfer these materials to third parties without permission.

6. play.

play. is a hub of interactive learning tools (games/quizzes) on regulatory topics. Use of the games in play. is anonymous and requires no registration. The Quality Rules game allows, on a voluntary basis, saving a score to the leaderboard under a nickname, and leaving an email address to receive the newsletter — see the personal information section of the Privacy Policy for details. Content in these tools is intended for educational and illustrative purposes only and does not constitute a binding or exhaustive source for actual regulatory requirements.

7. AI Agents (agents.)

Using the agents requires an account. You register with an email address and a one-time sign-in link, or with a Google account. Some agents are free and some are paid; the price and terms are shown on the agent's card and on its entry screen before you start. Payment is made directly to qualityworks. outside the site, and access is granted manually for a fixed period; payment card details are not collected or stored on the site. The agents generate answers and documents using a language model (Anthropic's Claude). Outputs may contain errors and do not constitute professional advice, as set out in Section 2; review every output before use. Do not enter or upload identifying patient information, personal information about others that you are not authorized to share, or trade secrets. You are solely responsible for the content you enter or upload, and you must remove identifying details from it before sending. Conversation content and any uploaded files are deleted within 7 days. The number of messages and conversations is limited, and qualityworks. may change, suspend or discontinue any agent, and block misuse. Details on data processing are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Content is provided "AS IS." qualityworks. does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or absolute currency of the information, particularly given the pace of regulatory change in this field. Use of the content is at the user's own risk, and qualityworks. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on the content.

9. Links to External Sites

The website and blog may include links to external sites. qualityworks. is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.

10. User Conduct

You may not use the website or blog in a manner that impairs their proper operation, including attempted hacking, automated scraping at commercial scale, or misuse of interactive tools.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute relating to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Central District.
